As you can see in the embedded post below, In a letter sent to Joe Biden more than 100 Democratic and Republican House lawmakers have called to hold the Iran's terrorist regime accountable for human rights violations and its War crimes in the Middle East.
The lawmakers also urged him not to enter into another bad nuclear deal that ignores the Iranian regime’s true intentions—to become a nuclear power.
Before normalizing diplomatic relations with Iran the Biden administration should demand an immediate cessation of war crimes and crimes against humanity which are committed by the Iranian regime and its affiliates in the Middle East on a daily basis.
The Biden administration is reversing Trump's tough policy against the Iranian terrorist regime while completely ignoring the war crimes and crimes against humanity that are carried out by the Iranian terrorist regime and its affiliates in the Middle East (Shiite militias and terrorist organizations).
Over the past year Iran's terrorist regime has executed Rouhollah Zam, a dissident journalist a year after he was kidnapped by the Revolutionary Guards from Iraq and forcibly repatriated to face trial.
Iran also hanged champion wrestler Navid Afkari in September after he was accused of taking part in anti-regime protests.
In Iran's prisons there are more than 7000 protesters on a death row after they were arrested during mass protests in November 2019, when 1500 protesters were shot to death in the streets, including hundreds of women and dozens of children.
Iran’s regime holds the infamous record of the world’s top executioner per capita. It also ranks first for most number of juvenile executions in the world. Women are also victims of the death penalty in Iran, with dozens of women hanged in public squares every year.
The regime in Iran uses the death penalty as a tool to suppress and silence a disgruntled society the majority of whom live under the poverty line, are unemployed and deprived of freedom of speech.
