
According to reports in the Iranian media tourists were brutally lashed for drinking alcohol, after 60 people were arrested in a party.
According to article 264 and 265 in the Islamic Penal Code (Iranian Constitution), drinking alcohol is punishable by 80 lashes.
Since the Islamic Revolution, the Ayatollah regime has ruled rigid religious laws that include modesty laws & horrific penalties.
In the Islamic Republic of Iran:
– There is no freedom of religion or freedom of speech.
– There is no equality between people (the non-Muslim is not equal to the Muslim).
– There are no equal rights for men and women.
– There is no democracy or a separation between religion and state politics.
Iranian laws permit child marriage, forced marriage, child brides, polygamy, FGM, acid attacks, honor killings, and even stoning.
