Dutch parliament approved decision calls on government to object to EU court’s ruling as discriminatory, unless similar standards are applied to all disputed territories around the world.
Recently, the European Court of Justice has ruled that any product manufactured by Jews in Jewish communities of Judea, Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights must be marked just like the Jews who were forced to wear yellow badges in Europe during the Holocaust.
These territories are in dispute between Israel and the Arab world, EU and the UN which claim Jews should be deported and a Muslim-Palestinian state should be established.
This is essentially institutionalized discrimination against Jews in EU law to please Palestinians and the Arab world.
Here is the context: After Israel was forced to defend its existence ׁ(The Six-Day War in 1967) against the armies of 5 Arab states and conquered Judea and Samaria from Jordan, the Arab world in cooperation with the UN ruled that Jews are not allowed to live in these territories despite the fact that Jews lived there for thousands of years and were deported by Jordan and the Arabs who carried out systematic ethnic cleansing of Jews (Hebron massacre and the Islamization of East Jerusalem under Jordanian occupation). Yes, you read that right, the international community supports the ethnic cleansing of Jews from Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem (the historic Holy Land).
