The media is turning a blind eye to the Islamic oppression of women in the Islamic Republic of Iran to avoid damaging the image of Islam in the West.
As you can see in the posts (embedded below) of human rights activist Masih Alinejad.
Innocent Iranian girl named Sahra Afsharian was arrested and sent to prison for 10 years for dancing in public in violation of Islamic Sharia law.
The video was posted by Masih Alinejad with the following description: "...Sahra Afsharian, Iranian young street dancer is in jail.
Her crime? Uploading her dancing performance on instagram.
Her family told me they’ve been threatened not to speak to media.
This week 2 other women were also arrested for crime of dancing. Hey World! can you hear us?..."

The prisons in Iran are full of women, NOT robbers or murderers BUT innocent women who rebelled against the strict religious laws.
Iran is a country where seeing public executions & lashings is normal while dancing is forbidden.
It's illegal for Iranian women to dance on the street, but that's not stopping them. These dancing women are risking jail by publicly defying Iran's modesty laws. But hopefully these women are shuffling their way to a better future.
American-Iranian human rights activist, Masih Alinejad, gives voice to the oppressed Iranian people. Please show the Iranian people that they are not alone by sharing this video!
