Iranian woman tortured in prison while serving 24 years jail sentence for not wearing hijab

Iranian civil rights activist Saba Kord Afshari has been sentenced to 24 years in prison by Tehran's Revolutionary Court for taking off her hijab in public. The 20-year-old is part of a growing movement called White Wednesdays, where women remove their hijabs and take the risk of posting photos online.
The UN is silent. The European Union is silent. Feminists in the West are silent. Human rights organizations are silent.
No one seems to care about the brutal women's rights violations by the terrorist regime in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
