Tehran University student Leila Hosseinzadeh must serve 3.5 years in prison for attending Iran Protests in January 2018, an appeals court has ruled. For engaging in peaceful protest, Hosseinzadeh was convicted of “assembly and collusion against national security.”
This innocent woman is one of hundreds of thousands of women sentenced to prison in Iran for daring to protest against barbaric religious laws.
