
Waheba Issa Dais, an Palestinian Arab woman, has pleaded guilty to planning a terrorist attack in the United States by trying to convince others to poison government water supplies with Ricin and teach people how to use explosives. The mother of seven pleaded guilty Monday to trying to plan terrorist attacks on behalf of the Islamic State group. Authorities say Waheba Issa Dais distributed information online about how to make explosives and biological weapons. Waheba Issa Dais, a Palestinian woman, married a US citizen when she arrived in Chicago in 1992. They divorced in 2003 and she remained in the US legally, living south of Milwaukee in the town of Cudahy.
